Delivery

Fizz standard delivery: 11 – 15 days*

Please keep in mind we are a small team. If you place an order during our sale period, it can possibly take up to 2-3 working weeks to be processed and despatched + further shipping time. 

*Please note that delivery timeframes might be impacted due to increased volumes and/or delays within the network. If no delivery 30 days after order placed, 100% store credit is available to all Fizz customers.

Shipping

$14.95 flat rate on all orders.

Free Shipping (standard tracked) on ALL orders over $75 (excludes bulky items) | Australia Wide*. 

Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, your Fizz goodies might arrive in separate deliveries.

*Free shipping does not apply to orders made during promotions or sale periods. Gift cards are not included towards shipping costs.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

We are sure you will love your purchases from Fizz Apparel but on the off chance you are not completely happy, please read the terms & conditions outlining our policies. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return full priced items only (No sale items) for a refund/Store Credit to the value of the goods only (We do not offer refunds on postage costs). 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopfizz.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a refund/credit note, your item/s must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping. We will send you a satchel to return your items to us. 

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or store credits if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to info@shopfizz.com.au
